There is no one in this world who hates success. People follow the path of succeeded people and they hear their words for their betterment of life. Some say that god gives me this victory and i dedicate this to him. Some says, my hard work pays. Some says that it's because of the support from my teachers, parents and siblings. Atheist says, for all my success, the sole reason is me only and there is no role of God in that. Think of theist who succeeds and the atheist who also succeeds to the same extent. They both must have tasted the fruit of success..Theist may wonder on seeing the success of atheists and they question themselves about how they can also succeed without believing god..
The answer behind this is LOVE. Ya. One should love himself and also the others. Helping the needy once a day is far far better than worshiping 3 times a day and visiting temple daily. It's not that whether u believe in God or not. It's the thing that, whether God loves u or not. If we are kind enough to the needy and suffering people, then the window for success and to the eternal life is always open. And the existence of God is on the way one looks at him. Here is a small example for that.

Barber: Do u believe in God??
Man: Yes, I believe.
Barber: I don't believe.
Man: Why? What's the reason?
Barber: See.In earth, there are people suffering a lot and they dont even have the basic things like food, shelter and clothes. Why God couldn't wipe their tears. On seeing this and all, i decided not to believe in God.
Man has nothing to reply for his statement. After finishing the hair cut, he went out of the shop. He saw a beggar with big beard and hair not been cut. He looks as ugliest as possible. He saw him and went inside the barber shop and told the barber that there are no Barbers in this world.
On seeing this, barber realised the thing.. I thing you would also have realised the thing behind it. It's all what we see and what we believe. No one had seen God. But its their belief and no one can blame that.
The ultimate thing is, if u r kind towards your fellow beings, then your purpose of life is done and you are on the way to success. For atheist, love is God and for theist, God is love. So whether u r an atheist or theist doesn't matters if u r lovable and loving one.
